Website redesign services for an existing site that no longer explains the business or supports the next customer step. We assess the current setup, agree what to retain and build the supported change around a clear scope.
A redesign may help when the service has changed, important pages are confusing, editing no longer fits the team or the current structure cannot support the agreed requirements. A broken contact form or inaccurate paragraph may need a smaller correction.
Decide whether to keep, repair, rework or rebuild before choosing a project. If the cause is unclear, the $750 Audit & Fix Sprint provides a full baseline and up to two agreed contained fixes on an eligible supported site. It is a separate option, not an automatic prerequisite for every redesign.
A plan for the existing site
Agree what moves, changes and stays.
Inventory the useful parts
Identify current URLs, accurate content, licensed media, inquiries and supported tools. Confirm who controls the domain, hosting and relevant accounts. Missing access is a dependency to resolve before promising a migration.
Give each page a purpose
Map customer questions to the proposed pages. Keep useful material, rewrite what no longer explains the service and identify genuinely different content. An available page slot is not a reason to create near-duplicate town pages.
Define the launch checks
Agree URL destinations, form receipt, navigation, mobile use and the editing or workflow tasks that must work. Name the approver, provider responsibilities and recovery route before making the public switch.
Replacing a website can involve more than moving its visible pages. Content exports, redirects, domain settings, mailbox dependencies and connected tools need an inventory and an agreed owner. We assess the actual platform and access before confirming the supported work.
Up to 10 simple one-to-one redirects from an existing supplied URL inventory. Migration discovery, large migrations and redirect chains require separate scope.
A named platform in your inquiry does not establish that every feature, plugin, account or data export can be transferred. Large content inventories, unsupported systems or specialist migrations may need separate scope or a specialist. Existing URLs and search information help inform the plan; no migration can promise unchanged rankings or uninterrupted search traffic.
Use the search-visibility guide to separate an intentional indexing hold from discovery, indexing or relevance problems. Preview visibility and public launch approval remain deliberate decisions.
Choose the resulting website
Match the scope to the next version.
When the assessment fits one of our build offers, the same published package boundaries apply. These are website package prices, not a promise that any existing site can be migrated for a fixed fee.

Keep ownership and the handoff clear.
Client owns paid bespoke work and supplied assets; preexisting reusable components and third-party software retain their licenses. Provider export limits and the rights needed to operate the delivered site are recorded before booking. Client controls production accounts from the start. No studio subscription is required to keep paid work; selected provider fees still apply.
Existing paid source, approved content/media, license and account map, build/deploy notes and known unfinished items are provided within five business days of the relevant paid completion or reconciled termination. This is separate from the 30-day defect-correction window. Client-controlled accounts remain accessible throughout.
