How to use the information, examples and inquiry tools on this website.

Who operates this site

Wonder & Method is operated by Venture House Group LLC, a Buffalo-based studio serving New York businesses online. Contact support@wonderandmethod.com with website or project questions.

Service information and proposals

Published plans explain the available scope and current studio fees. Actual supported tools, outside provider bills, schedule and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a written proposal before booking. Sending a form or asking a question does not accept a project, reserve a date or authorize payment.

A project is governed by its accepted written agreement and attached scope. See payment, ownership and cancellation information, and keep the buyer-pack version attached to your proposal.

Examples and estimates

Studio-owned projects, concept work and synthetic demonstrations are labeled. They illustrate design or a working feature; they do not establish client results or predict your traffic, rankings or inquiries. Calculator results depend on the values you enter. Unknown vendor costs must be confirmed with the selected provider.

Website materials

Website text, brand artwork and original studio media are protected by their applicable rights. Downloadable checklists are provided for planning your own website project. Third-party materials and software retain their respective licenses. Ownership of paid bespoke client work follows the separate project agreement.

Inquiries and privacy

Send accurate project information you have permission to share. Do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. The privacy notice explains inquiry storage, optional chat, providers and deletion.

Accessibility and corrections

If a page, link or feature prevents you from getting information or contacting the studio, use the accessibility contact route or email us. Please identify the page and what you were trying to do.
