The method
Room for good ideas.
A structure for finishing.
One named approver. One accepted scope. One cumulative work receipt. Clear responsibilities at every stage.
- 01
Fit
Your buyer, your service, your next step.
Agree the business goal, editing needs, facts, approver, timing and investment.
- 02
Quote and book
A scope you can point to.
Name the pages, limits, costs and dates. Confirm ready inputs, capacity and the booking payment.
- 03
Design and build
Character, made coherent.
Work from approved facts and direction. One consolidated design round keeps decisions together.
- 04
Approve and launch
A deliberate release.
Review staging, send one consolidated list, then approve the exact version in writing. Complete QA, payment and recovery checks.
- 05
Correct and hand over
Your site, in your hands.
30 calendar days of correction for defects against accepted scope. Receive paid source, assets, account and operating notes.
- 06
Optional ongoing service
Continue only where it helps.
Choose Care, a finite Search Sprint, useful monthly Search, or no ongoing service.
Before work begins
Bring facts. Agree boundaries.
Your inputs
- The buyer problem and primary services
- Approved facts, copy and licensed media
- Current URL inventory and delegated access
- Who edits the site and how often
- One named approver and consolidated feedback
Our shared agreement
Exact routes, copy limits, editing choice, provider bills, acceptance tests, milestone amounts and actual dates are recorded before the deposit.
Normally allow five business days for review. Silence is not approval. Missing inputs receive a written blocker and a revised available slot.
One design round and one staging round are included. A new direction or feature needs an approved change with fee and schedule effects before work starts.
Ownership & exit
The paid website stays yours.
Pay at written milestones
50% booking, 30% written design acceptance, 20% written staging acceptance before launch. Silence is not acceptance.
One named approver, acceptance tests and five-business-day review window unless agreed otherwise. Written acceptance or consolidated defect list. No deemed approval or automatic design/staging milestone invoice when the client misses a deadline; send notice and revise available slot.
Know the external bills
List exact provider, payer, setup, renewal, included usage, overage, license, cancellation and ownership before deposit. No assumed zero hosting or vague all-in claim.
Keep paid work and access
Client owns paid bespoke work and supplied assets; preexisting reusable components and third-party software retain their licenses, with sufficient perpetual license to operate the delivered site. Client controls production accounts from the start. No subscription is required to keep the paid site.
Within five business days provide existing paid source/content/media, license/account map, build/deploy instructions and known unfinished items, on completion or reconciled termination. Routine handoff included; new migration labor separately scoped. Client accounts accessible throughout.
Provide a dated ledger of completed work, approved committed costs and payments. Reconcile under the signed agreement. Client-owned accounts and paid bespoke deliverables/source remain usable; identify unfinished/unpaid material and its status explicitly. Final contract should resolve disputed amounts without taking client accounts hostage.
