Pay an agreed invoice
Use the secure Stripe link provided with your invoice. Check the project, milestone, amount and due date before paying. The payment page also provides invoice and receipt downloads.
Payment follows a written scope and confirmed dates. Sending an inquiry does not book work or enroll you in a monthly plan.

Email support@wonderandmethod.com with your business name and invoice reference. We can check the invoice and provide its current link.
Enter card or bank details only on Stripe’s payment page. Please do not send them through email, chat or our project form.
Website projects
Pay at written milestones.
For new website builds, the first payment books the agreed scope and start date. The second follows written design acceptance. The final payment follows written staging acceptance, before launch. Silence does not approve a milestone.

Your accepted scope records the price for your project. Previously accepted agreements keep their agreed prices and rights. Any applicable tax is shown before payment.
Other services
Know the period you are paying for.
Baseline & Sprint
The $399 baseline is paid after fit is confirmed and before work. The $750 Audit & Fix Sprint is paid in two $375 stages: before work and after written completion acceptance.
An eligible build or Sprint already includes the usable baseline review. The same review is not charged twice.
Monthly service
Keep Running, Improve and Grow are optional. The agreed service cycle, work, payment date, timezone and cancellation route are recorded before enrollment. There is no minimum monthly term.
Cancel before the recorded renewal time to stop the next cycle. If useful improvement work and its inputs are not ready at the agreed review point, the next invoice is paused.
Twelve prepaid cycles
An annual plan is one payment for twelve agreed service cycles. It ends after those cycles; another annual payment requires your written confirmation.
Future whole unused cycles are refunded at the discounted cycle rate. There is no cancellation penalty or discount clawback. Current-cycle unearned work is reconciled separately.
Questions, cancellation or a refund
Contact support@wonderandmethod.com with the invoice reference and what needs attention. We review the accepted scope, completed work and payments together. Deposits are not automatically earned.
For annual cancellation, we initiate the agreed refund within ten business days of the effective service end, or cancellation confirmation before service starts. Processor or bank posting time is separate. Your accepted scope explains the complete reconciliation terms.
Your paid work stays yours
Canceling studio service does not disable your paid website or remove the rights attached to paid work. You own and pay for hosting, your domain and selected tools directly; those vendors apply their own billing and cancellation terms.
