Access to the studio website
Accessibility.
We want you to be able to read the services, compare a plan and contact the studio in the way that works for you.
Help with a barrier
Email support@wonderandmethod.com or use the contact form. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and what prevented it. If useful, tell us your browser or assistive technology; do not send sensitive information.
Terry replies within one business day, Monday–Friday, Eastern Time. Messages received on weekends are reviewed on the next business day. We will discuss an alternative way to provide the information and investigate the reported barrier. A reply commitment is not a promise that every repair can be completed in that period.
Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 Level AA as a target for design and testing. Checks cover keyboard navigation, visible focus, labels and errors, responsive layouts, text spacing and reduced-motion behavior. These checks do not establish complete conformance for every page, device or assistive technology.
Ways to use this site
- Use “Skip to content” to move past the header.
- Website navigation and the inquiry form remain available without JavaScript.
- The homepage animation has Pause, Resume and Replay controls and begins with a still when reduced motion or data saving is requested.
- Plan artwork has an accompanying text feature list and linked scope documents.
- Optional chat loads only after you select it. Email and the form are available without chat.
Known limitations
Optional chat and hosted payment screens are supplied by third parties and may behave differently from this website. We cannot claim their full conformance. Contact us if one blocks your task so we can discuss another route. Some downloadable worksheets use CSV; request the information by email if that format is difficult to use.
