Payment after approval

First payment for an existing site: $399 setup + $400 first cycle: $799
First cycle when a usable studio build or Sprint already covers setup; each later cycle: $400
Optional annual prepayment for twelve cycles; manual renewal: $4,560

The one-time setup also applies to annual enrollment unless a usable studio build or Sprint covers it. Monthly service is optional, with no minimum term. We check supported tools, any existing usable baseline and useful work before enrollment.

One related batch of supplied text, image or link updates in existing components, such as correcting hours and contact details together. It is not unrelated changes across the entire site.
Choose one defined priority from page/CMS/known-workflow improvement, useful article, eligible profile batch, promotional graphic or newsletter campaign draft/setup. Each is one alternative use of an included priority, with an agreed affected area, outcome, completion test, one refinement and QA. It is not an additional allowance or unlimited development. Email is never sent without the client’s explicit approval.
One work queue per site. Small-change batches and priorities are distinct included units; the same change does not fulfill two units. Audit findings use these allowances when accepted as the priority. Defects caused by our own work are corrected without using a paid allowance.
