Current scope for new proposals. This is a proposal request, not a booking, payment or client acceptance.

OUTCOME
- One eligible supported website with up to 12 marketing pages. Full 22-dimension baseline plus up to two agreed contained fixes, one consolidated refinement, QA, before/after evidence and a prioritized backlog.

BEFORE ANY PAYMENT
- Before any payment, confirm supported technology, inventory, access, useful contained work, actual provider costs and delivery dates. If the site is unsuitable, no financial commitment is requested.

INCLUDED UNITS
- One eligible supported website with up to 12 marketing pages. Full 22-dimension baseline plus up to two agreed contained fixes, one consolidated refinement, QA, before/after evidence and a prioritized backlog.
- Receive the 22-dimension evidence baseline, up to two selected contained changes, their before/after and completion checks, one consolidated refinement with QA, prioritized backlog and handoff notes. The second payment follows written acceptance; silence does not trigger billing.
- Up to two agreed contained fixes; one consolidated refinement and QA.

ACCEPTANCE AND CORRECTION
- Completion is reviewed against the agreed inventory, evidence, fixes and handoff checklist. Send written acceptance or one consolidated list of in-scope issues; silence is not acceptance. One consolidated refinement and QA are included.
- Defects caused by our work against accepted scope are corrected for 30 calendar days after written completion acceptance, without using a new paid allowance.

PAYMENTS
- $375.00 — after fit confirmation, before work
- $375.00 — after written completion acceptance

WORKED FEE EXAMPLE
- Hypothetical fee scenarios assume $20/month hosting and $120 of other provider costs over twelve months. These invented amounts are not provider quotes; replace them with approved actual charges. Unknown fees remain unknown. Taxes and additions are excluded.
- One-off fee $750.00 + twelve hypothetical hosting bills $240.00 + $120.00 other hypothetical provider fees = $1,110.00. No monthly service is selected in this one-off example; vendor bills are paid directly.
- Provider charges and out-of-scope implementation are itemized and approved before commitment. Client pays vendors directly; optional monthly service is a separate studio fee. No new hosting subsidy or studio markup applies.

BASELINE IS NOT CHARGED TWICE
- The usable Sprint baseline can start a monthly plan without another $399 baseline charge. No Sprint is required after a new build with a usable baseline.

BLOCKED WORK, CANCELLATION AND UNEARNED FUNDS
- Before payment, itemize the fixed deliverables and the value allocated to each milestone. If cancelled or blocked, reconcile completed accepted work and approved unavoidable third-party commitments against payments; refund unearned amounts. Do not invent a retrospective hourly cap or fee. A new scope needs written agreement before more work.

OWNERSHIP AND HANDOFF
- Client retains accounts and existing assets. Paid bespoke work, the review/backlog, approved changes and operating/export notes are handed over; existing paid files are provided within five business days of completion or reconciled termination. Provider licenses and export limits are disclosed.

OUTSIDE THIS SCOPE
- This is not a promise to fix every finding. New workflow builds, application architecture, complex data/security audits, new systems/templates, custom integrations, extensive migrations, original field research and specialist certification are separate.
